What this site collects

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other sites. Our servers keep ordinary request logs, such as the address a request came from and the page asked for, to operate and protect the service.

Accounts and email

When you have an account with a service that signs in through Redband, we hold what that account needs: your name, your email address, and records of sign-in for security. We send email only about your account, such as verifying your address, resetting a password, a security code or an invitation you were sent. We do not send marketing email, and we never sell or rent your information.

Email that cannot be delivered, or that is reported as unwanted, is never sent to that address again.

Who processes it

We run on Amazon Web Services, which also delivers our email, and Cloudflare, which serves our domain names. Company email runs on Microsoft 365.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@redband.ai.
